Not to be afraid of taking risks, be willing to explore unknown paths and avoiding simple solutions – these ideals brought together trio Noblique: Anna Kalk (guitar), Ulysse Loup (bass) and Damien Kuntz (drums).
The trio started out by playing only improvised music and exploring new sounds on prepared instruments. Through that they found their own soundscapes and textures which go well together with the compositions of Ulysse Loup from which their repertoire now mainly consists of.

Noblique's music is not offering simple answers to the listeners but hopefully raising important questions. Their musical landscape reaches from intimate moments to merciless improvisations.

Their first album “Dualité Cohérente” featuring Ralph Alessi was released in September 2023 under Unit Records.
